06/04/05

The third Black Manifesto has been launched in advance of the general election on 5 May by a coalition of black community and campaigning organisations.

It contains radical demands including introduction of
affirmative action measures in employment for black communities, an amnesty for asylum seekers whose claims have not been dealt with for two years, the
banning of the British National Party and much more.
